Meeting rooms are used for a variety of purposes, including presentations, group retreats & gatherings that require focus & quiet. Our meeting room offers a level of quiet & privacy that is conducive to getting work done.

  • Reliable and Fast Wifi Internet

For webinars, video calls, movie/video screening, & general internet use. 

  • Power Outlets

We know not having adequate plugs in a meeting room can be a dealbreaker. For short meetings, power isn’t necessarily an issue, but for anything longer than 30 minutes or so, people will want to be plugged in. Our meeting space has ample outlets & power-strips available. 

  • Free On-Street Parking

The Broadway corridor ​offers free unmetered 2 hour on-street parking. Meeting attendees will find free parking along Broadway, and on adjacent streets. (NOTE: It is our 'Good-Neighbor Policy' that guests DO NOT PARK in the parking lot adjacent to our building. It does not belong to us, but is leased by the nearby restaurant neighbors.) On-Street parking is ample.  

  • Complimentary Water, Coffee & Tea

Find water, mugs, coffee and tea—& there's a sink to wash your mugs when you're finished.

  • Comfortable Chairs

Though chairs aren’t the most exciting aspect of a meeting room, they are one of the most important—especially for long meetings. Attendees will thank you if, at the end of a long day of meetings, they’re still comfortable & happy.

  • Chalkboard, Flip-Chart Paper & Fresh Markers

Chalkboarding is definitely a thing. People want to brainstorm ideas, make outlines, create workflows, diagram products & platforms & capture ideas. We have a large chalkboard that is easy to clean & ready for action, as well as chalk & an eraser, Flip-Chart Paper in the closet & fresh markers so meeting attendees don’t have to hunt for pens that work.
